Senior Guidewire Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze BillingCenter processes including billing plans, invoicing, payments, collections, commissions, and financial reconciliation.
• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional discovery sessions with insurance stakeholders.
• Analyze and document end-to-end P&C insurance processes and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Guidewire architects and development teams to validate functional requirements and solution designs.
• Work closely with QA teams to develop test scenarios, validate requirements, support defect triage, and coordinate SIT/UAT activities.
• Show excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
