Senior GTM Systems & Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the design and reliability of the GTM technology stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot
• Serve as the primary technical owner for integrations and system health
• Design and optimize revenue processes across the customer lifecycle
• Evaluate and implement technologies to reduce operational complexity and enhance impact
• Create documentation for systems and workflows to ensure continuity
• Build AI-powered workflows to eliminate manual tasks in various departments
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure data is clean and accessible for decision-making

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or related fields
• Advanced hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including Flows and data architecture
• Advanced hands-on HubSpot administration experience, including workflows and reporting
• Experience managing Salesforce and HubSpot in a growing B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated experience building automated workflows with tools like Zapier or SQL
• Experience designing and deploying AI workflows that deliver measurable business results
• Strong understanding of the B2B customer lifecycle and data governance principles
