You will own full-cycle hiring across commercial, analyst, and operational functions, partnering directly with the CEO to scale Modoenergy.com globally. As a high-agency individual contributor, you'll map markets, leverage AI-native workflows for sourcing, and run disciplined processes to close top-decile talent. What You Will Do

• Lead the entire recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer close across multiple geographies, ensuring a fast, transparent, and high-quality candidate experience.
• Execute strategic sourcing and market mapping initiatives to identify and engage top-tier passive talent using first-principles thinking and advanced AI tools.
• Manage hiring manager relationships, providing strategic guidance on comp reality, role scoping, and interview best practices to ensure alignment and pipeline hygiene.

Qualifications

• Has 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth startup environment where the bar for talent was non-negotiable and infrastructure was lean.
• Demonstrates a proven track record of closing commercial or GTM roles (AE, AM, CSM) against competing offers from top-tier tech companies.
• Operates with a high-agency mindset, already integrating AI into their daily workflow or possessing a genuine eagerness to make it central to their recruiting process.

Pay

$160k-$180k + Equity
