About The Role

Intapp is looking for a Senior GTM programs manager to own two of the most operationally critical functions in our product marketing org: the sales play portfolio and the PMM content ecosystem. This is a builder and operator role. You will own programs that directly affect how sellers go to market — managing full lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional execution, and measuring what actually matters. The person who thrives here is equally comfortable designing governance infrastructure and getting into field data to understand what's working.

Responsibilities

  • Sales play portfolio
    • Own Intapp's sales play portfolio as a product. That means managing the full lifecycle from ideation to content refresh, with real user feedback, outcome measurement, and a continuous improvement engine behind it.
    • Work cross-functionally with PMMs, sales leadership, and RevOps to identify the GTM motions that need plays, define what each play needs to accomplish, and oversee the building of supporting assets — pitch decks, demo scripts, and the templates that make sellers effective.
    • Own the launch: coordinating with enablement, field communications, and deployment so new plays land with adoption, not just awareness.
    • Measure what matters: play utilization, seller engagement, pipeline influence, and win-rate differentials between reps who use plays and those who don't.
    • Run a structured feedback loop drawing on field input, call intelligence, and deal data to identify what's resonating and what needs to change.
    • Actively manage portfolio health — retiring plays that have run their course, prioritizing updates based on product releases and data, and keeping the library clean, current, and credible to the sellers who depend on it.
  • PMM content governance
    • Serve as the strategic architect of how PMM content gets built, governed, and maintained at scale.
    • Own the bill of materials — the authoritative inventory of what we produce, for whom, and to what standard — and use it to align content investment with GTM priorities, not just fill a catalog.
    • Establish and enforce the frameworks that govern how each asset type gets built, ensuring every battle card, sales play, and one-pager delivers a consistent, on-message experience regardless of who created it.
    • Governance here isn't bureaucratic gatekeeping: it's the infrastructure that lets a scaling PMM org produce high-quality output without bottlenecks or rework.
    • Own the strategic refresh cycle for the Field Readiness portal — conducting annual audits, analyzing content usage and performance data, and driving ongoing updates so the assets sellers rely on stay current, relevant, and tied to where the business is going.
  • GTM readiness
    • Facilitate Intapp's PMM contributions to GTM readiness execution for quarterly releases and major launches.
    • Serve as the coordinating hub across product, marketing, sales, and enablement to ensure the field is prepared, aligned, and activated before day one.
    • Own the PMM readiness workstream end-to-end: defining what "ready" looks like for each launch, building and managing the timeline of content, messaging, and enablement deliverables that get the field there, and tracking cross-functional dependencies so nothing falls through the gaps between teams.
    • Run the readiness checkpoints that give leadership visibility ahead of a launch, surface risks early enough to course-correct, and hold workstream owners accountable to a shared standard.
    • For major launches, ensure messaging is locked before assets are built, that sellers have what they need to have the right conversation on day one, and that enablement is sequenced to drive adoption rather than just awareness.

Requirements

  • A track record of running cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Strong judgment about what sellers actually need — and the field empathy to back it up
  • Clear, direct communication: you write well and know how to make a complex update land simply
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable, customer-centric processes that improve how cross-functional teams operate
  • Data-driven mindset with real data analysis skills
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales enablement, product marketing, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA optional
