Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on GTM engineering, marketing operations, or revenue operations experience in a SaaS environment or equivalent relevant experience
- Deep Salesforce & MAP experience — you understand complex Salesforce object schemas and relational databases, and can dictate in detail build steps and requirements for our Business Technology team
- Proven experience building automations in Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar workflow automation tools — from initial scoping through production deployment
- Deep familiarity with the cost mechanics of automated workflows: you actively manage Clay credit consumption, LLM API costs, enrichment call volume, and runbook efficiency as part of how you build
- Experience building and consuming API and MCP integrations to connect systems, trigger workflows, and extend the capabilities of GTM tooling
