Senior GTM Data Operations Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior GTM Data Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will oversee the operational integrity of customer and prospect data across the go-to-market ecosystem, ensuring the business can trust the information that powers revenue and marketing execution. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define standards, strengthen governance, and improve the quality and reliability of data across systems. The position will also play a key role in identifying risk, resolving workflow issues, and supporting scalable processes that enable accurate reporting and efficient operations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $148,000 annually Responsibilities Act as the operational steward for customer and prospect data across GTM systems Own governance processes for data quality and operational policies Execute data hygiene programs such as deduplication and enrichment validation Partner with stakeholders to establish new data fields and standards Identify and remediate data quality risks within GTM data models Administer enrichment workflows and troubleshoot failures Monitor integrations and ensure data reliability across systems Qualifications 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Data Operations Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CRM data management Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo Familiarity with SQL and data warehousing concepts is a plus Proven ability to maintain data quality through governance and hygiene practices Working knowledge of APIs and system integrations Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Benefits Flexible workplace strategy supporting remote and hybrid options High-trust environment focused on output over location Inclusive workplace culture valuing diversity and collaboration Commitment to employee well-being and support across various backgrounds Emphasis on autonomy and individual impact in work Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
