Marketing$200k–$270k/yrFull-time

Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, building AI that works across every stage of a case—from intake through resolution. The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native, and Eve is how they get there. Trusted by over 1,000+ law firms, backed by $160M from top investors (Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed), and built by a world-class team from Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft. Eve collaborates directly with OpenAI and Anthropic to deliver best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work and is growing 2X revenue quarter over quarter.

About the role

We're hiring a Senior Growth Product Manager to own the systems that turn a first login into a deeply adopted, retained, and expanding customer. You'll be one of the first people helping build out Eve's product-led growth motion, reporting to the VP of Growth and Monetization. Growth at Eve starts with a simple question: what does an attorney need to feel, see, and do in their first session to know this product will win them cases—and what keeps them coming back and expanding usage over time? You'll answer that with data, build the in-app experiences and lifecycle motions that act on it, and track whether they worked. You'll own activation, adoption, retention, and expansion end-to-end—from the product spec, to the segmented campaign, to the experiment that tells us whether it moved the needle. You'll work closely with product and engineering to shape what gets built, not just market it after the fact.

Responsibilities

  • Own adoption, retention, and expansion strategy across the user lifecycle, partnering with product and engineering to find where users stall and build the experiences that unstick them.
  • Help lay the foundation for product-led growth at Eve—the instrumentation, in-app experiences, and self-serve motions that let the product drive its own growth over time.
  • Run high-velocity experimentation—shipping tests weekly, not quarterly—to compound learnings and speed up the path from hypothesis to answer.
  • Drive in-app marketing and lifecycle campaigns tied to feature launches, segmented by behavior, ICP, and usage rather than one message for everyone.
  • Author specs and work directly with engineers to ship growth infrastructure—in-app platforms, data pipelines, automated experience management.
  • Automate growth workflows (experiment scoping, data pulls, QA, reporting) so a small team can operate like a much larger one.
  • Own the numbers, including the inconvenient ones—build measurement that distinguishes what shipped from what actually moved adoption, retention, or expansion revenue.
  • Drive expansion within the existing customer base: usage growth, upsell, and cross-sell motions that grow revenue without eroding trust.
  • Establish the SOPs and quality bar that let the growth motion scale past a single owner.
  • Partner with content, brand, and product marketing so growth work reinforces one consistent story.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, growth product, or a closely related function, including ownership of activation or lifecycle strategy at meaningful scale.
  • A track record of activation programs built, experiments that changed the roadmap, and systems replaced with something better.
  • A genuine builder—you've authored specs and partnered directly with engineers to ship growth tooling, not just requested it.
  • Fluency with the modern growth stack: product analytics (e.g., Amplitude), lifecycle tools (e.g., Iterable), in-app engagement platforms (e.g., Chameleon).
  • Experience running high-velocity experimentation that produces real answers, not just plausible-looking charts.
  • Instinct for turning an ungoverned, ad hoc motion into something scalable and quality-controlled.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted and automated workflows to multiply a lean team's output.
  • Strong quantitative instincts and the honesty to report a result that doesn't flatter your own work.
