Senior Growth Marketing Manager - New York

About the role

The brands you use every day, like Duolingo and MyFitnessPal, are our clients. We help them scale. As a Senior App Growth Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing), you will own the growth strategy and scale campaigns for some of the world’s leading apps. We are a global team across New York, Los Angeles, Stockholm, and Varna, with the autonomy (and expectation) to push things forward. Working with clients at this level makes Twigeo a place where you grow fast. You can see it in where our alumni are today, at companies like Snap, Meta, TikTok, and Tandem Health.

Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of business goals and long-term roadmaps (6-12 months), proactively following up on targets and adjusting strategy to ensure we hit the numbers that actually matter to the business
• Setting the strategic direction across Google, Paid Social, CTV, and programmatic, while leading cross-functional teams (growth, creative and analytics) to ensure execution aligns with the client's broader business objectives
• Owning client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and guiding partners through complex growth, measurement, and scaling decisions
• Coaching junior team members to master their channels and teaming up with creatives to test bold hooks
• Testing new AI tools and workflows to speed up campaign execution, and build better ways of operating
• Spotting trends early and learning new tools fast to become the trusted partner clients rely on

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, driving cross-channel growth for mobile apps and developing high-performing strategies
• Preferably, previous in-house experience, giving you a first-hand understanding of business goals, product impact, and internal stakeholder dynamics
