You’ll Own

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Omni-channel campaigns (Google Ads, retargeting, LinkedIn where efficient)
  • Manage our lead generation funnel — track MQLs, conversion metrics, and lead scoring signals
  • Execute and iterate on ABM campaigns and targeted Series B outreach (in partnership with analyst)
  • Partner with product marketing to align messaging and landing pages to key buyer segments
  • Run A/B tests on ads, emails, and conversion flows to drive cost-efficient lead acquisition
  • Build and manage dashboards to track ROI, CAC, and funnel progression
  • Support promotion and registration for webinars, in-person micro-events, and macro conferences
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, PM, and Design to ship marketing assets that convert

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing
  • Strong B2B SaaS or digital health background, ideally at Series A–C companies
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, email platforms, LinkedIn (bonus: HubSpot, Clearbit, Apollo)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong testing and attribution instincts
  • Comfortable operating independently and iterating in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Familiar with or excited to learn about agentic AI, health tech infrastructure, and EHR data ops
  • Experience building early-stage marketing infrastructure and attribution frameworks
  • Familiarity with marketing to technical audiences (product, data, IT buyers)
  • Prior exposure to ABM-style campaigns or outbound sequencing tools
