What You'll Do

• Own the Creative Engine
• Develop ad concepts from customer insights and performance data
• Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs
• Recruit, brief, and manage UGC creators
• Review footage and give performance feedback
• Work with editors to polish ads
• Build repeatable production processes

Learn the Business

• Gradually take ownership across Meta advertising, Shopify merchandising, landing page optimization, Klaviyo email marketing, product launches, analytics, and reporting, and AI-powered marketing workflows
• Regularly read reviews and analyze feedback
• Study competitors
• Identify buying motivations and objections
• Turn insights into stronger creative

Who We're Looking For

• High agency, strong curiosity, and a desire to become an exceptional marketer
• 2-5 years in ecommerce, growth, performance marketing, or creative strategy
• Takes ownership without waiting to be asked
• Enjoys solving problems
• Balances creativity with analytical thinking
• Writes clearly and cares deeply about quality
• Learns new tools quickly and gets excited about AI
