About the role
The Senior Growth Marketing Analyst will own the entire customer lifecycle, driving engagement and purchases across various channels. They will design and execute campaigns, develop content, and track metrics to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute campaigns to drive customer engagement and purchases throughout the customer journey
- Create programs for key stages of the customer journey
- Design content and resources to empower customers to maximize the value of their Formlabs products
- Track, measure, and report on retention and engagement metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Work closely with product, creative, support, and sales teams to bring new products to market and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and customer feedback
- Drive large projects requiring executive-level engagement that significantly impact Formlabs' revenue
Requirements
- 8+ years in growth, customer, or lifecycle marketing in a hardware technology company OR 1-4 years of consulting experience
- Strong analytical or technical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A creative mindset with a passion for designing innovative customer campaigns
- A deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for creating exceptional experiences
- Strong bias for action and ability to execute quickly
- A strong curiosity about the customer base, product, and technology
- Experience with marketing email platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and ecommerce platforms
- Experience with CRO in a B2B setting
Qualifications
- Experience with AEO/SEO and technical optimization of websites

Base pay is determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and expected impact on the organization. Employees receive equity in the form of RSUs.
