Accountabilities
- Lead analytics initiatives focused on member engagement, marketing effectiveness, and revenue-related insights.
- Develop and maintain engagement data structures, including custom attributes and event frameworks that enable lifecycle segmentation, personalization, and targeted communications.
- Lead marketing attribution analysis by evaluating channels, campaigns, and touchpoints to understand their impact on member acquisition and engagement.
- Own member engagement analytics by analyzing behavior throughout the member lifecycle, identifying drop-off points, and uncovering opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain Looker dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for marketing, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Partner with Member Operations, Marketing, and analytics teams to translate business questions into clear analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and insights rather than relying solely on ad-hoc requests.
- Use SQL and data warehouse knowledge to validate data flows, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting across analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with data teams to understand and improve ETL workflows and downstream data integrations.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to evaluate strategies and optimize member engagement.
- Apply analytics tools and AI-assisted coding solutions to improve efficiency, scale analysis, and accelerate reporting workflows.
- Support additional analytics initiatives and strategic projects as needed.
Requirements
- Data-driven analytics professional with experience in growth, marketing, customer engagement, or healthcare analytics, combined with strong technical and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- 3-5+ years of experience in member/customer engagement analytics, marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker or comparable business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills, including experience analyzing data in BigQuery or similar relational databases.
- Working knowledge of production SQL environments and how DBT ETL models connect with downstream platforms such as engagement and reporting tools.
- Experience with attribution analysis, revenue recognition analytics, or lifecycle performance measurement.
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
- Able to translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using AI-powered analytics and coding tools to accelerate analysis while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with LookML, DBT workflows, CRM platforms, or lifecycle engagement tools is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry is a plus.
