About the role
As a Senior Growth Analyst based in New York or Los Angeles, you will partner with clients to drive measurement strategy, close tracking gaps before they erode performance, and help top global apps make confident spend decisions. You’ll collaborate daily with growth marketers, data scientists, and engineers across the U.S., Sweden, and Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analytics partner in client conversations, translating complex data findings into clear growth moves and driving feedback loops between marketing and creative teams.
- Own tracking and measurement implementation end-to-end across mobile app and web platforms, including MMPs (Adjust/AppsFlyer), GTM, product analytics platforms, and publisher SDKs/pixels—from solution design and implementation through validation and troubleshooting.
- Advise on advanced measurement strategies including martech stack design, incrementality, and privacy frameworks (SKAN, CMP, CAPI), helping leadership teams navigate measurement gaps and make investment decisions with greater confidence.
- Design decision-ready BI reporting (Sigma, Looker, Tableau) and standardize analytical workflows to keep reporting scalable across accounts.
- Elevate team standards and bridge technical insights by sharing best practices, leading trainings on analytical tools, and translating complex Data Science and Engineering findings into clear business strategy for clients.
- Integrate AI workflows and automation into daily analytics work to reduce manual effort, accelerate analysis and reporting, and create efficiencies that improve client outcomes.
Requirements
- ~4+ years of digital analytics experience (mobile app & web), owning measurement strategy, MMP and web tracking implementations, and serving as a direct client partner.
- Hands-on experience architecting setups across MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer), publisher pixels, GTM, and product analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, RevenueCat). Deep fluency in attribution models, lookback windows, and privacy frameworks (SKAN, CMP, CAPI).
- Primary analytics lead on key accounts with experience running strategy calls, navigating ambiguous requests, and driving alignment across fast-moving stakeholders.
- Skilled in building data pipelines from API calls to BI transformation (Sigma, Looker, Tableau), pairing acquisition data directly with downstream outcomes like retention, ROAS, LTV, and cohort performance.
- Proactive problem-solver who navigates ambiguous client needs, communicates complex data clearly to non-technical leads, and takes full accountability for outcomes.
Benefits
- 25 Days PTO to recharge.
- Health benefits designed to support your total wellbeing.
- 401(k) with Matching to invest in your future.
- Hybrid work model balancing flexibility with face-to-face collaboration (minimum 2 days in-office in New York or Los Angeles).
- Skill development in an agile environment with direct mentorship and strategic analytical influence.
