About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for all activities related to group, and catering sales function and revenue generation from all sales territories. This role focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property sales objectives and personal booking goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term, value-based customer relationships
  • Maximize the hotel’s profitability while delivering impeccable, perfectly-executed experiences for guests
  • Optimize guest and team member engagement and financial performance
  • Manage all activities related to group and catering sales
  • Meet or exceed all revenue goals for the department

Requirements

  • Passionate about hospitality sales
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a comparable position and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in a field of study related to this profession
  • Extensive hotel sales experience within the luxury market
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and selling skills
  • Proven achievements in selling, optimizing guest and team member engagement and financial performance

  • An expert in Group Sales
  • Natural salesperson
  • Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekdays, weekends and holidays

Benefits

  • Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000

Pay

  • $90,000 to $100,000 annually
