At McCLARIN, we manufacture composites essential to the world’s most innovative and efficient buses, trucks, trains, RVs, construction and farm equipment. What We Need

• Establish, optimize, and scale a brand-new production work cell dedicated to our multi-million-dollar poly tank product line.
• Lead the physical layout execution, build out team capabilities, and stabilize throughput for this high-revenue channel.
• Partner directly with operations leadership to scale operational capacity and directly support the commercial growth of this product line to our sales channels.
• Location: 15 Industrial Dr., Hanover, PA.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership, specifically managing structured work cells or high-growth production departments.
• Proven background in heavy industrial manufacturing. Direct experience with composite molding, industrial plastics, poly welding, or heavy truck/rail component assembly is highly preferred.
• Deep familiarity with Lean Manufacturing frameworks, continuous improvement principles, value stream mapping, and technical floor layout execution.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs (DLE, utilization, scrap rates) and baseline comfort working within modern ERP/SOP operating platforms.
• A demanding, collaborative, and highly accountable leader capable of training technical staff while reporting progress clearly to executive oversight.
