Senior Graphics Designer

About the role

A highly reputed and diversified group of companies, with interests in real estate, e-commerce, apparel, IT and professional training, and media, is seeking a Senior Graphics Designer to lead its visual identity and creative output from our Dhaka headquarters. Our organization manages seven distinct subsidiaries, each with its own brand personality and market positioning. We are undergoing rapid expansion and require a design leader who can create cohesive, premium, and impactful visual narratives across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate the visual identity of all subsidiaries, ensuring cohesive, premium, and impactful brand aesthetics across every customer touch-point.
• Conceptualize and execute design strategies for diverse brands, translating complex business narratives into compelling visual stories that resonate with target audiences.
• Excel in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality design assets under tight turnaround times while maintaining creative excellence.
• Enhance brand presence across digital platforms through scroll-stopping, high-converting design assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and paid advertisements.
• Incorporate AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney) into workflows to enhance creativity, accelerate production speed, and improve asset management.
• Produce high-quality visual content utilizing advanced expertise in typography, layout creation, photo manipulation, and graphic design principles.
• Define and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines for all subsidiaries, ensuring all design outputs are cohesive, modern, and aligned with each brand's market positioning.
• Mentor and guide junior design team members (if applicable), fostering a culture of creativity, learning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years
• Education: bachelor of fine arts in art history
