About the role
We are seeking experienced Mid - Senior Designers, professionally trained with a degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Product / UI UX, BFA or similar who understands not just how to execute, but why certain creative choices resonate.
Responsibilities
- Create and refine creative briefs (prompts) for AI systems, integrating traditional design disciplines like web, product, slides, brand, gaming, and more.
- Provide detailed feedback and direction on design iterations, ensuring alignment with creative goals and design principles.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide structured critiques, helping to refine and improve model creativity.
- Adapt and refine prompting techniques and evaluation approaches based on continuous feedback and user preferences.
- Contribute to the development of design systems, visual assets, and brand guidelines across various mediums and styles.
- Specialize in areas such as visual design & illustration, brand & identity, and design evaluation & QA.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong background in creating and executing creative briefs.
- A strong understanding of traditional design disciplines including web, product, slides, brand, gaming, and more.
- Experience giving design feedback in a professional setting, including creative direction and design reviews.
- Extensive experience conducting structured high-level design briefs and providing design feedback and direction.
- Proficiency in adapting and refining prompting techniques and evaluation approaches based on feedback and user preferences.
Qualifications
- A degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Product / UI UX, BFA or a related field.
- A mastery across various types of assets and mediums from print to digital.
- Hands-on experience ideating and putting creative ideas onto paper, forming them into creative briefs.
- An analytical storytelling approach, both through creative output and in briefs and creative direction.
Skills
- Strong critical design thinking and ability to prompt effectively.
- Structured design critique and evaluation skills.
- Ability to adapt and refine prompting techniques based on feedback.
- Experience working with AI systems and evaluating their outputs.
- Proficiency in various design tools and mediums.
