About the role
The Senior Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in the Walker & Dunlop marketing team, supporting the creation of compelling visual materials that reinforce the company's brand and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept development with the Creative Director and stakeholders
- Create innovative designs to effectively convey marketing messages
- Manage the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to brand standards
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to refine design elements and improve overall quality
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored design solutions
- Lead design initiatives and assist with other projects as needed
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a positive attitude
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the creative process and contribute to continuous improvement
- Contribute to the QA process and ensure high-quality deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of professional graphic design experience
- B2B design experience preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution
- Excellent data visualization and typography skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated and adaptable to changing requirements
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Qualifications
- High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience creating multimedia presentations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and learn new processes quickly
- Passionate about staying current with design trends and innovation

Pay
The estimated base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000, with the possibility of a discretionary bonus.
Schedule
This position typically works from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm local time, with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
