Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Sr. Graphic Designer & Production Manager serves as the creative engine for a premier, nationally recognized fitness brand. This role bridges high-level agency campaign concepts with the final, production-ready assets reaching our members across various digital and physical touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Translate established campaign concepts into high-quality assets for social media, paid media, email, websites, and in-club environmental signage
• Lead the design and optimization of website and landing page experiences, applying UX/UI best practices and mobile-first, responsive design principles
• Scale core creative concepts into large volumes of deliverables while maintaining strict brand consistency and quality under tight deadlines
• Manage and mentor a Junior Graphic Designer, providing day-to-day direction, prioritization, and professional development support
• Partner closely with creative agencies and internal marketing teams to ensure campaign continuity across all channels

Requirements

• 5–7+ years in graphic design, ideally within an agency or a high-volume consumer-facing brand environment
• Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma for design systems
• Demonstrated ability to build/customize templates and design responsive digital experiences—not just edit existing layouts
• A professional portfolio showcasing a range of work across both digital (web, email, paid social) and physical (signage, print) channels is mandatory
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a genuine passion for production design and the craft of scaling creative
