Responsibilities

• Create, design, and enhance marketing and/or scientific materials according to project specification and guidelines for electronic and print deliverables
• Possess a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Maintain personal project production schedule to track multiple projects daily
• Collaborate directly with Medical and/or Project Lead on deliverable enhancements
• Organize information effectively, and convey data through infographics, charts, graphs, maps, tables, and text
• Requires critical thinking and storytelling expertise
• Track project hours according to budget
• Keep abreast of current and emerging technologies including iPad and cross-platform compatibility

Requirements

The Senior Graphic Designer (SGD) must be adaptable, resilient, and proactive with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data. They must be highly organized, self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines. A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred, along with 4 years’ experience in a senior level design position within a collaborative creative environment.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Ability to translate complex concepts and information into simplified, compelling visuals. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in critical thinking and storytelling.

Pay

$77,000 - $90,000

Schedule

Two days per week in the office, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. Remote work available for those within an hour of an office location.
