Responsibilities

• Create, design, and enhance marketing and/or scientific materials according to project specification and guidelines for electronic and print deliverables
• Possess a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Maintain personal project production schedule to track multiple projects daily
• Collaborate directly with Medical and/or Project Lead on deliverable enhancements
• Organize information effectively, and convey data through infographics, charts, graphs, maps, tables, and text
• Requires critical thinking and storytelling expertise
• Track project hours according to budget
• Keep abreast of current and emerging technologies including iPad and cross-platform compatibility

Requirements

The Senior Graphic Designer (SGD) must be adaptable, resilient, and willing to adjust their scope, responsibilities, and focus as the company grows. They should be proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data. They must be highly organized, self-starters capable of working independently and under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• 4 years’ experience in a senior level design position within a collaborative creative environment
• Intellectual curiosity about science, and comfort with scientific ideas is essential

Pay

$77,000-$90,000

Schedule

For employees within an hour of an office, attendance is expected two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. Remote work is available for those outside of office locations, with quarterly collaboration, culture, and learning opportunities.
