Responsibilities

• Create, design, and enhance marketing and/or scientific materials according to project specification and guidelines for electronic and print deliverables
• Possess a strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Maintain personal project production schedule to track multiple projects daily
• Collaborate directly with Medical and/or Project Lead on deliverable enhancements
• Organize information effectively, and convey data through infographics, charts, graphs, maps, tables, and text
• Requires critical thinking and storytelling expertise
• Track project hours according to budget
• Keep abreast of current and emerging technologies including iPad and cross-platform compatibility

Requirements

The Senior Graphic Designer (SGD) is responsible for transforming medical content and educational material into visually stimulating, professional, and relevant electronic and print deliverables. This role requires a strong background in graphic design, experience in a senior-level design position, and a collaborative creative environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• 4 years’ experience in a senior level design position within a collaborative creative environment
• Intellectual curiosity about science, and comfort with scientific ideas is essential

Skills

Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Ability to collaborate with teams, plan, analyze, organize, and execute assigned projects. Critical thinking and storytelling expertise. Proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data. Highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.

Schedule

Office attendance varies depending on location. Employees within an hour of an office are expected to attend two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. Remote work is available for those outside of office proximity.

Pay

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
