About the Role
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be a key creative partner responsible for developing, executing, and elevating visual experiences across the brand. This is a hands-on role for a highly creative designer with strong visual instincts, design expertise, and the ability to translate business objectives and ideas into compelling, strategic, and highly effective creative work. You will help ensure every creative touchpoint is thoughtfully designed, visually engaging, and consistent with the quality and experience we want our brand to represent.
You will also bring strong technical capabilities, including practical experience using AI-powered tools as part of your creative process. Beyond applying these tools to your own work, you will help us thoughtfully explore how AI and emerging creative technologies can improve the way we ideate, design, and produce creative work, while helping identify and articulate meaningful improvements in efficiency and quality.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Experience teams to bring ideas to life. This role operates with a high level of independence and requires the ability to manage multiple projects from initial concept through final delivery, prioritize competing needs, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and build strong cross-functional relationships.

Primary Responsibilities
- Creative Ideation & Strategy: Lead the development of original concepts and visual solutions that support the brand, marketing campaigns, product messaging, and business objectives. Take initial requests and elevate them into thoughtful, impactful creative solutions.
- Marketing Impact: Create high-quality creative assets across digital advertising, social media, web, email, presentations, sales enablement materials, events, print, and other brand touchpoints that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Brand Stewardship: Steward Quore's visual identity, ensuring consistency across channels while identifying opportunities to strengthen and expand the brand.
- Project Management: Own projects from brief through final delivery, including timelines, priorities, stakeholder coordination, feedback cycles, and production. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted creative advisor to internal teams, facilitate strategic discussions, and translate business goals into compelling creative solutions that drive measurable results.
- AI & Emerging Technology: Incorporate AI-powered creative tools into ideation, concept development, image generation, and production workflows. Stay current on emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve creative efficiency and output.
- Creative Presentation: Lead creative reviews, present concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and confidently communicate the creative rationale behind design decisions.
- Design Standards: Evolve and maintain strong standards for typography, composition, layout, visual hierarchy, and attention to detail.
- Creative Operations: Drive continuous improvement of creative workflows, templates, processes, and systems that enable the marketing organization to scale.
- Industry Trends: Stay current on design, branding, SaaS marketing, AI, and emerging creative trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in-house, agency, SaaS, or technology environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, creative problem-solving, brand design, campaign work, and high-quality execution across multiple channels.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or similar creative tools.
- Excellent application and understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, visual hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple creative projects, timelines, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
- Ability to independently take projects from ideation through execution and delivery.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Highly self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent technical aptitude and proficiency in the use of AI-powered creative tools and incorporating AI into modern design workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality creative work
Bonus Qualifications
- Understanding UX/UI design principles is a plus with experience using Figma.
- Experience extending visual design into motion graphics, animation, or video content using Premier Pro or similar.
