Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer brings OneVeracity’s brand and marketing strategy to life through clear, engaging visual communications. Reporting to Vice President, Brand and Experience, you’ll work closely with marketing and business partners and own projects from concept through production. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a thoughtful, versatile designer who can balance creative ideas with business needs and deliver consistently strong work across digital and print channels. The position may be remote within the United States or hybrid in Kennesaw, Georgia. Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate brand and marketing strategy into thoughtful creative concepts and polished visual assetsOwn design projects from brief through final production, balancing business objectives, audience needs, brand standards, timelines, and technical requirementsDesign across digital and print channels, including presentations, campaigns, social media, web graphics, brochures, sales materials, internal communications, and event collateralPartner closely with the Vice President, Brand and Experience to develop creative approaches and evolve the OneVeracity visual identityCollaborate with marketing, sales, product, and other business teams to clarify needs, shape briefs, and turn complex information into accessible visual storiesMaintain brand consistency across company communications while applying sound judgment when extending the brand into new formats and use casesDevelop scalable, easy-to-use templates for presentations, social media, and other recurring assets so teams can self-serve while maintaining brand standardsManage assigned work within the marketing request intake process, prioritize competing needs, communicate timelines, and deliver reliablyPresent design rationale, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and guide work toward solutions that support the intended objectivePrepare accurate, production-ready files and coordinate specifications and quality checks with print vendors and other external partnersMaintain organized source files, templates, and asset libraries so current materials are easy to find and reuse RequirementsCreative judgment: Develop distinctive solutions that support the message, audience, and business objectiveBrand stewardship: Protect consistency while thoughtfully extending the visual systemDesign craft: Apply strong fundamentals and meticulous attention to detail from concept through productionVisual storytelling: Turn complex ideas and information into clear, compelling communicationsOwnership: Drive work forward independently, make sound decisions, and follow through on commitmentsCollaboration: Listen well, communicate rationale clearly, and incorporate feedback productivelyProject discipline: Organize competing priorities, manage timelines, and maintain quality under pressureAdaptability: Respond constructively to changing needs while keeping the work focused and on brand Portfolio Required: A professional portfolio must be submitted with your resume to be considered for this position.
