Responsibilities

• Developing innovative creative concepts and campaigns
• Designing high-performing digital assets for web, email, and marketing initiatives
• Creating acquisition advertising that drives engagement and growth
• Maintaining and evolving brand standards and design systems
• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Email, Content, and Web teams
• Presenting creative solutions to stakeholders and incorporating feedback
• Mentoring and guiding fellow designers while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation

Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of design experience, either in-house or agency-side
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and creative problem-solving
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience developing campaigns, branding systems, and digital marketing assets
• Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• Illustration and animation experience preferred

Pay

$63,100 - $86,800 annually. Compensation is determined by several factors, including experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.

Schedule

This role requires onsite attendance every Monday and Wednesday in either our Bloomington or Thief River Falls, MN Office.
