Senior Graphic Designer
Join BlackLine’s Creative team as a Senior Designer specializing in Figma-first asset creation, digital publishing, and workflow efficiency. Work alongside our Lead Designer, Senior Designer, and Designer to uphold and refine design standards, templates, and systems.
Responsibilities
- Execute scalable, interactive multi-page digital publications, responsive campaign assets, and event touchpoints in alignment with BlackLine brand templates.
- Contribute to team-wide adoption and maintenance of existing Figma templates, auto-layout assemblies, and interactive UI component libraries.
- Partner with peers to explore modern design tools, maintain template hygiene, and integrate AI productivity workflows across the design team.
- Work closely with design peers and marketing stakeholders to deliver high-converting collateral that reflects both brand consistency and individual creative strengths.
Requirements
- 5+ years designing digital marketing environments (in-house or agency background in B2B software preferred).
- Expert knowledge of Figma, including auto-layout, interactive components, responsive constraints, template usage, and seamless developer handoff.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) for complex image editing and vector illustration.
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end campaign execution across web, mobile, and digital publication formats adhering to established system guidelines.
- Experience leveraging modern AI applications (Claude, Figma AI, Gemini) for ideation, asset generation, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with an open, team-first approach to sharing technical skills and template knowledge.
Bonus Experience
- Experience managing enterprise DAM workflows (Brandfolder or similar asset repositories).
- Ability to create bespoke digital vector illustrations and editorial assets.
- Skill in UI motion design, Lottie export workflows, and micro-animations via After Effects or Figma.
Reporting Structure
Reports to the Design Director. Collaborates with the Creative Team (Senior Designer, Designer) and cross-functional marketing stakeholders.

Pay
Salary Range: $95,000.00–$119,000.00. Placement within this range depends on prior relevant experience, skill set, and geographic location. Includes short-term and long-term incentive programs, as well as a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans. Variable incentive components may follow a split model (e.g., 50/50, 70/30, or 60/40 ratio between base salary and variable incentive).
