SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

About the Role:‍ Beyond Studios is seeking a full-time senior graphic designer to execute creative direction across branding, digital, print, and merchandise design projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong design expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, can lead projects from concept to execution, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities Execute long-term branding projects, as well as fast-paced, time-sensitive design requests.Lead creative strategy, concept development, and execution across various mediums.Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain brand consistency.Present design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.Ensure all design work aligns with Beyond Studios’ creative standards and client brand identities.Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, tools, and best practices. Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work.Mastery of the design process, from research and ideation to revision and final execution.Proficiency in industry-standard tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.Strong understanding of design principles such as balance, contrast, hierarchy, and typography.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.Experience leading design projects, collaborating with teams, and working directly with clients.Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively. ‍ If you're a designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. ‍
