Responsibilities
- Design and oversee comprehensive MEL frameworks for USG-funded programs
- Lead the execution of baseline studies, mid-term reviews, and final evaluations per USG Evaluation Policy
- Monitor program performance against established indicators and milestones
- Produce accurate internal and donor reports with compliance and timeliness
- Ensure data integrity and accessibility for audits and evaluations
- Provide technical guidance and training on MEL systems and donor compliance
- Mentor and coach MEL specialists and related staff
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in managing MEL systems for large-scale donor-funded programs, especially USAID
- Deep knowledge of USG policies, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Certification in monitoring and evaluation, project management, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in donor reporting
- Strong ability to collaborate across functions and influence all levels of stakeholders

$106,400 – $125,100 annually
