Senior Grant Specialist
On-siteOTHRFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
First part: Intro about Rosendin: "Whether you’re a recent grad..." This is like About the role? Actually it's about company. Could be "About the role" or "About Rosendin". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use "About the role" for company overview and role description. Then "Responsibilities" for duties. Then "Requirements" maybe for what you need to be successful. Then "Qualifications" for education/experience. Then "Skills" maybe for specific skills? Could combine. But we need to avoid thin sections. We'll include sections that have substantive content.
Let's extract:
About the role: The introductory paragraph about Rosendin, mission, employee-owned, etc. Also "Your Next Opportunity The Senior Grants Specialist plays a critical role..." That's role description. So we can put that in About the role.
Responsibilities: The bullet list under "What You’ll Do". That's a list of duties. We'll put each as
.
Requirements: Could be "What You’ll Need To Be Successful" which lists needed competencies. That's more like requirements/qualifications. Could split: Requirements (experience, knowledge) and Qualifications (education, experience). But we can combine? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including what you need to be successful and qualifications), Benefits. Pay and Schedule only if present. Pay not mentioned. Schedule: hybrid position based in South Tempe, Arizona. That's schedule info (hybrid). So we can include Schedule section.
Benefits: The "YOU Matter – Our Benefits" list.
We also have Travel, Working Conditions maybe not needed as separate headings; could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? Probably not needed as separate heading.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. So cut that.
Now produce HTML:
About the role
... content ...
Then Responsibilities
Then Requirements
(maybe include both what you need to be successful and qualifications). Could also have Qualifications
but we can combine.
But we need to avoid thin sections; if we combine, it's okay.
Let's extract About the role text:

We could include Travel and Working Conditions as part of About the role or maybe as separate sections? The instruction only lists specific headings; we should not create extra headings like Travel or Working Conditions unless they map to Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can incorporate travel and working conditions into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably About the role already includes hybrid position; we can add travel note there.
