Senior Global Tax and Treasury Manager
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Global Tax and Treasury Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own global tax compliance and treasury operations across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong emphasis on tax provision, transfer pricing, cash management, and financial control. The ideal candidate will partner closely with external tax advisors, finance leadership, and banking relationships to support accurate reporting, efficient liquidity management, and strong governance. This position is well suited for a hands-on finance professional who can simplify complex tax matters and help strengthen the company’s global financial infrastructure.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Pay
$160,000 – $200,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Own the global tax compliance calendar across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage global tax advisors and oversee income tax return preparation
- Lead the income tax provision process under ASC 740
- Oversee transfer pricing, intercompany agreements, and related documentation
- Manage global cash management, including cash visibility and cash concentration
- Administer debt facilities and monitor covenant compliance
- Develop and implement treasury policies, including fraud prevention controls
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive tax experience, particularly in a high-growth environment
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and international tax regulations, including ASC 740 and transfer pricing
- Hands-on treasury experience, including banking and foreign exchange management
- CPA or advanced degree in taxation preferred; CTP a plus
- Familiarity with tax implications for software, SaaS products, and cloud services
- Experience with NetSuite and other financial compliance tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
