Global Tax and Treasury Senior Manager

About the role

Neo4j is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Tax and Treasury to manage the tax and treasury function for a global, high-growth enterprise software company. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for global tax compliance and planning, cash and liquidity management, banking and the processes and controls needed to support Neo4j's continued international growth. The role will partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external advisors across Neo4j's global operations. The successful candidate will combine strong technical judgment with an operator's mindset: comfortable setting strategy, working through complex cross-border matters, and executing the underlying work in a lean environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Neo4j's global tax compliance calendar, including U.S. federal, state, and local income and franchise taxes; international corporate income taxes; sales and use taxes; and VAT/GST across the jurisdictions in which Neo4j operates
• Manage global tax advisors and coordinate the preparation and review of income tax returns, estimated payments, extensions, tax audits, and other tax authority inquiries
• Lead the income tax provision process under ASC
