About the Role
As a key member of the Surgical Business Unit, you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes. This role is responsible for driving the development and commercialization of advanced surgical technologies that leverage software, digital innovation, data intelligence, and emerging technologies to improve orthopedic outcomes and procedural efficiency.
The Senior Global Product Manager will lead strategic product initiatives within our Enabling Technologies portfolio, defining product strategy, identifying future growth opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams through product development and launch. This individual will work closely with surgeons, engineers, clinical teams, and business leaders to shape the long-term direction of Enovis' enabling technology portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead upstream product strategy and innovation initiatives for Enovis' Enabling Technology portfolio.
- Define product vision, long-term roadmaps, and strategic priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion, differentiation, and competitive advantage.
- Develop business cases and commercialization strategies for new technologies and platform initiatives.
- Partner closely with R&D and engineering leaders to guide development programs and ensure customer needs remain central to design decisions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic customers.
- Conduct advanced market, customer, and competitive analyses to identify trends and future opportunities.
- Lead voice-of-customer activities and translate insights into product requirements and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, clinical, regulatory, quality, and operations teams to ensure successful launches and product adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6-10 years in product management, product marketing, or medical device sales, with direct experience in enabling technologies.
- 4+ years of experience in medical device marketing or equivalent experience in medical device sales, with a strong preference for upstream product development exposure.
- Strong fluency in digital tools; experience with data analytics, software development platforms, or engineering is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for solving clinical problems through technology.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, including with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams.
- Experience working with global teams and navigating diverse market requirements.

Travel Requirements
Ability to travel up to 40%, both within the US and internationally.
