Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global category strategies for Key Technologies
- Evaluate suppliers and manage supplier performance to meet company needs
- Lead competitive sourcing events and negotiate agreements for best outcomes
- Conduct spend analysis and market intelligence for strategic decision-making
- Utilize structured continuous-improvement tools to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science, Industrial Distribution, or Supply Chain Management (technical focus)
- 12+ years of technical procurement/sourcing experience in Key Technologies and subcategories like Pumps, Valves, and Optical Displays
- Deep understanding of current and emerging AI/ML technologies, advanced analytics, and biotechnology
- Expertise in contract management and negotiations, including sourcing events and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling
- Strong collaborative skills with teams in New Product Introduction, R&D, Supplier Development, and Quality
