Responsibilities
- Lead the design and enhancement of global health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs
- Define and scope ambiguous cross-functional projects, including expansions and program redesigns
- Manage global vendor and broker relationships, ensuring accountability and cost-effectiveness
- Stay current on benefits compliance requirements and monitor regulatory changes and their implications
- Analyze program cost and utilization data to identify savings and inform budgeting decisions
- Create educational resources that simplify complex benefits information for employees
- Leverage AI and other tools to improve reporting and employee support processes
Qualifications
- Strong experience leading complex, ambiguous cross-functional projects independently
- In-depth knowledge of benefits compliance frameworks, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and GDPR
- Proven vendor management skills, including renewal negotiations
- Ability to analyze cost and utilization data to generate actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with adopting new technology, including AI tools, for efficiency
- Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
- Degree in HR, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
