Responsibilities

  • Analyze global benefits data, including spend, utilization, market benchmarks, and regional inputs, to identify trends and support decision-making across multiple countries
  • Prepare summaries, reporting, and presentation materials that translate benefits data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership discussions
  • Support the execution and documentation of global governance frameworks, standards, policies, roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths for benefits programs
  • Cook up with regional teams, Finance, Legal, and the global benefits broker to support renewals, reporting, compliance monitoring, and alignment with global guidelines and local requirements
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and reporting accuracy across global benefits programs by consolidating, validating, and analyzing regional data
  • Contribute to global benefits captive initiatives by supporting readiness activities, insured program analysis, and coordination with Finance, Risk, and external partners
  • Aid with benefit administration activities, global projects, vendor transitions, platform implementations, and continuous improvement efforts related to tools, templates, data quality, and process consistency

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in benefits administration, human resources and/or similar discipline
  • Experience in analyzing data, preparing reporting, and supporting business decisions through structured insights and recommendations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
  • Experience with employee benefit programs, benefit compliance requirements and regulations
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country benefits programs and/or similar disciplines
  • Familiarity with global insured benefits programs, including life, disability, or accident coverage
  • Experience supporting captive-related reporting, risk analysis, or insurance program transitions
  • Experience working with a global benefits broker or consulting firm
  • Experience supporting benefits-related system implementations, country expansions, or vendor transitions

Qualifications

  • To be considered for this role, you must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday
  • The role requires use of a computer and audio equipment
