Responsibilities
- Analyze global benefits data, including spend, utilization, market benchmarks, and regional inputs, to identify trends and support decision-making across multiple countries
- Prepare summaries, reporting, and presentation materials that translate benefits data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership discussions
- Support the execution and documentation of global governance frameworks, standards, policies, roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths for benefits programs
- Cook up with regional teams, Finance, Legal, and the global benefits broker to support renewals, reporting, compliance monitoring, and alignment with global guidelines and local requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and reporting accuracy across global benefits programs by consolidating, validating, and analyzing regional data
- Contribute to global benefits captive initiatives by supporting readiness activities, insured program analysis, and coordination with Finance, Risk, and external partners
- Aid with benefit administration activities, global projects, vendor transitions, platform implementations, and continuous improvement efforts related to tools, templates, data quality, and process consistency
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in benefits administration, human resources and/or similar discipline
- Experience in analyzing data, preparing reporting, and supporting business decisions through structured insights and recommendations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
- Experience with employee benefit programs, benefit compliance requirements and regulations
- Experience supporting global or multi-country benefits programs and/or similar disciplines
- Familiarity with global insured benefits programs, including life, disability, or accident coverage
- Experience supporting captive-related reporting, risk analysis, or insurance program transitions
- Experience working with a global benefits broker or consulting firm
- Experience supporting benefits-related system implementations, country expansions, or vendor transitions
Qualifications
- To be considered for this role, you must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday
- The role requires use of a computer and audio equipment
