Key Responsibilities
- Lead geotechnical projects from planning and investigation through analysis, reporting, and construction support.
- Perform advanced geotechnical evaluations including foundation design, settlement analyses, slope stability assessments, and earth retention systems.
- Develop practical recommendations for challenging subsurface and ground improvement conditions.
- Prepare and review high-quality technical reports, proposals, and engineering deliverables.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, quality control, and risk management initiatives.
- Support business development efforts and help strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff while fostering professional growth within the team.
- Provide leadership during field investigations, drilling operations, and construction-phase services.
- Promote a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License required or ability to obtain.
- Minimum 8 years of experience within the A/E/C industry.
- Strong project management and client relationship experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in geotechnical investigations, analyses, and design.
- Experience preparing technical reports and engineering recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring capabilities.
