Supporting Augusta, GA Operations

This position offers a unique blend of technical responsibility, hands-on field involvement, and leadership development, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on project delivery while helping grow and strengthen the engineering team around you.

  • Mentor and develop early-career engineers, helping build technical capabilities across the team.
  • Support operations and projects in the Augusta market while maintaining a primary presence in Columbia approximately 3 days per week.
  • Participate in client interactions and help strengthen long-term relationships within the region.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong technical writing and report preparation skills.
  • Knowledge of foundation systems, earthwork, slope stability, site development, and construction support services.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high technical standards.
  • Passion for mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a practical, client-focused approach to engineering.

Why Join Us?
