About the role

Firms must be prequalified to provide professional services or construction services to Tectonic. Firms providing products or other services are not required to be prequalified.

Responsibilities

• Complete the questionnaire thoroughly and provide all requested information.
• Indicate N/A for questions not applicable and provide explanations if necessary.
• Upload supplemental information sheets and certificates verifying status.
• Upload any judgments, arbitrations, liens, insurance claims, or lawsuits from the past 5 years.
• Answer questions regarding criminal background information, including convictions and charges.
• Provide details about insurance coverage limits and willingness to purchase additional coverage.
• Describe your Health & Safety Program, including written programs, site-specific plans, inspections, investigations, and training.
• Detail your safety professionals, safety meetings, and training programs.
• Respond to questions regarding specific safety training and equipment.
• Provide information on OSHA training and logs for the past 3 years.
