  • Manage HR compliance requirements in complex jurisdictions and apply relevant employment regulations.
  • Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
  • Travel up to approximately 25%, including overnight stays, to support field operations.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and leadership coaching in a field-based or multi-location environment.
  • Direct experience applying California employment law.
  • Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws across the organization's operating areas.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnight stays.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, and HR reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, organizational change, or private equity-backed, high-growth home services or field operations preferred.
