Victra is the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States. The Senior General Manager shapes the guest experience by coaching the team to give their best to every guest, every time. They drive high-performance results in a fast-paced sales environment, focusing on optimizing both customer and employee experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment
• Communicate and implement the company vision by directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff
• Develop and mentor an Assistant General Manager
• Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals
• Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time
• Afford customers and employees
• Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store
• Maintain store performance by supporting inventory compliance
• Create and implement innovative ways to drive traffic to the store and capitalize on the existing customer base
• Take ownership for store and employee success, including work-related needs
• Support proper staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions
• Assist with guest escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Communicate company objectives and priorities to team members
• Stay up to date with sales promotions and ensure guests receive complete solutions for their needs
• Participate in special projects and pilots as assigned
• Attend required manager trainings, roundtables, and group sessions

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay

$18.00 /hour with uncapped earning potential through commission
