Responsibilities
- Drive high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment
- Communicate and implement the company vision by directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff
- Mentor Assistant General Manager and help them learn to lead at Victra
- Support, coach, and mentor sales associates to achieve store goals
- Teach and model the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time
- Afford to attract and retain top caliber employees
- Act as a brand advocate for Victra
- Provide ongoing sales training and support to help the team exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives
- Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services throughout the store
- Maintain store performance by supporting inventory compliance
- Create and implement innovative ways to drive traffic to the store and capitalize on the existing customer base
- Take ownership for store and employee success, including work-related needs
- Support proper staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, loss prevention, and other store functions
- Assist with guest escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Communicate company objectives and priorities to team members
- Stay up to date with sales promotions and ensure guests receive complete solutions for their needs
- Participate in special projects and pilots as assigned
- Attend required manager trainings, roundtables, and group sessions
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high-performing team
- Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Pay
Compensation Pay will include a base rate of $23.00 /hour with uncapped earning potential through commission
