About the role

Join our team in a full-time role supporting fund accounting and cash operations for private credit and equity vehicles. Located in Morristown, NJ, this position involves comprehensive fund accounting responsibilities, requiring proficiency in generic accounting software and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger for private credit and equity fund entities.
• Process capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations.
• Prepare and review NAV calculations and management fee computations.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Aid in preparing financial statements for audits and investor reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of fund accounting experience in private credit or equity.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of fund structures and allocation concepts.
• Proficiency in generic accounting software.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
