Responsibilities

• Work with our tech stack including Python, React, Fast API, Supabase, and various AI models.
• Decompose complex problems, delegate tasks to AI agents, and ensure full ownership of the results.
• Ensure that AI is not just for autocomplete but is used effectively to enhance decision-making and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Agent Experience, Agent Interfaces, Agent Alignment, and Agent Deployment teams to optimize our AI systems.

Requirements

• 7 years of full-stack experience, including proficiency in Python and React.
• Experience with LLMs and/or Agentic Applications.
• Understanding of data-driven decisions or machine learning principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in infrastructure, architecture, or data domains.
