Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our growing team in support of our federal program. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to impactful, mission-critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead technical authority for all Microsoft Power Platform development efforts.
- Design and oversee end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-scale applications and business solutions.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, development standards, and best practices for the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performing applications, workflows, and automations.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across application development and systems integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Ensure solutions are designed, implemented, and deployed in accordance with client requirements, security standards, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Special projects as needed.
Required Skills
- Microsoft Power Platform solution architecture expertise.
- Enterprise application development experience.
- Systems integration experience.
- Techical leadership experience.
- Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting Government Agencies, with proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale solutions.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) certification required.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
- Experience supporting federal programs preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or a Master’s degree in STEM, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) certification.
Work Location and Schedule
Washington, DC (Hybrid/Remote)
Monday – Friday 8AM – 5:30PM EST
Work schedules and arrangements may be adjusted based on client and program needs.
