Role Overview

Formula Health is building the marketplace and infrastructure layer that makes it effortless for clinics to source, personalize, and fulfill patient treatments. We are starting with compounded supplements and prescription workflows. Built for clinics, digital health companies, and enterprises.

What You Will Do

• Design and build sophisticated user interfaces using React and TypeScript while architecting robust backend systems from scratch.
• Collaborate directly with the founders to scope features, conduct customer research, and translate complex clinical requirements into seamless software.
• Implement and manage scalable infrastructure on GCP while ensuring security standards in a HIPAA-regulated environment.

Who This Is a Fit For

• Significant experience building sizeable 0-to-1 products from scratch, demonstrating an understanding of the engineering and product tradeoffs needed early on.
• Deep technical proficiency in React, TypeScript, and backend API design, coupled with expertise in using AI coding tools like Cursor.
