Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (contract)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.
• Create responsive web applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Design, develop, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, queries, and data models.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile development processes, code reviews, and release activities.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement scalable, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with Python, React, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Azure and/or AWS (preferred).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferred).
• Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data platforms (preferred).
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps (preferred).
• Experience with authentication/authorization frameworks and enterprise-scale applications (preferred).

Pay

Commensurate with experience.

Schedule

3 days in office / 2 days remote.
