About the role

Lead software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed and bugs are identified early in the development process.
  • Participate in design sprints and user research sessions to inform product decisions and improve user experiences.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
