About the role
Lead software development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed and bugs are identified early in the development process.
- Participate in design sprints and user research sessions to inform product decisions and improve user experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
