Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Growth

About the role

Scribe’s Product Growth team is seeking a Senior Engineer to drive impactful experiments for our 5M+ users. You will collaborate with an analytical and product-minded team to design, implement, and analyze experiments across acquisition, onboarding, expansion, pricing, and usage journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own critical experiments end-to-end: ideation, scoping, building, shipping, measuring impact, and scaling winners.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Design to reimagine core product interactions.
• Set ambitious growth goals and ship multiple experiments weekly.
• Iterate quickly based on data feedback.
• Empathize with users, dive into data to make informed decisions, and move with urgency.
• Collaborate with the tech stack: Django, React (Next.js/Typescript), Mixpanel, and Cursor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in startups.
• Experience in the Build–Measure–Learn loop: designing, running, and analyzing experiments at high velocity.
• User-obsessed: empathetic, curious, and motivated to solve real problems for real people.
• Curious and constantly exploring new tools and products for inspiration.
• Comfortable working with our tech stack: Django, React (Next.js/Typescript), Mixpanel, and Cursor.

Qualifications

• Experience building lead generation pipelines.
• Experience working in Martech.

Skills

• Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and rapid iteration.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay

• Compensation Range: $170K - $230K

Schedule

• Work in the SF office 3 days/week.
