Senior Full-Stack Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and ship product features across our React SPA and Python BFF services
• Collaborate on FHIR integrations, scheduling workflows, and AI agent tooling
• Write clear tests and participate in code review
• Help improve reliability, security, and developer experience

Requirements

• 5+ years building production web applications
• Strong experience with React and a modern backend (Python preferred)
• Comfort working in regulated or data-sensitive environments
• Clear written communication and ownership mindset

Nice to have

• Healthcare, EHR, or HIPAA experience
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, or event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with FHIR or HL7
