Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications, including front-end interfaces, back-end services, and APIs
  • Architect and optimize data models, schemas, and storage solutions (relational and NoSQL) to support scalable application performance
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations to support reporting, analytics, and application features
  • Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code across the stack
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Optimize application performance, including query optimization, caching strategies, and efficient data retrieval
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all systems
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers as the team grows
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and data layers
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field required; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated full stack expertise
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring, or .NET)
  • Deep experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB)
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Proven experience designing and building data pipelines, ETL processes, or data integration workflows
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and/or GraphQL
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams

Pay

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $145,000 or the hourly equivalent.
